What people ask us.
I know nothing about this. Is it for me?
Yes. We write for shopkeepers, not for IT people. Every problem is explained in plain words, and we go through it together on a video call.
Is this legal advice?
No. We compare your site with published rules, for example the government’s rules for websites usable by disabled people, and we note the gaps. Whether a law applies to your business is a question for a lawyer. We say so on every report.
What does the €99 audit include?
Your home page and one other important page, checked on the six questions, then by hand: on a phone, without a mouse, and by sending a message through your form. A twenty-minute video call to explain everything, and the list of fixes with their prices. If you give us a fix within 30 days, the €99 is deducted.
What is the difference between “We keep watch” and “We take care of it”?
With “We keep watch”, we monitor and tell you; you, or your provider, do the fixing. With “We take care of it”, we monitor and fix the month’s small problems ourselves. You can stop either one from one month to the next.
What if my site needs rebuilding?
When fixing costs more than rebuilding, we say so in the audit. The new site is then built by Everywhere, our sister house, and Rampe checks it before handing it over.
How does payment work?
The audit is paid when you order. Fixes: signed quote, deposit, balance on delivery. “We keep watch” and “We take care of it” are paid monthly. The conditions générales (terms, in French) are published here, before any commitment.
